2018

As the new year begins, people start trying to find ways to make their lives better in the new year. As always, I spend the beginning of my year reflecting on the past one. As I sit here writing this blog post and listening to Bruno Mars songs, I realize that 2018 was the best year of my life, so far. I survived my first year of college. I came home and got to see all my friends from home. I was lucky enough to have two of my guy friends from home come to visit me at school. I went on a road trip with my family to Idaho. I dyed my hair blonde then indigo. I also got a little in my sorority. The funny story about that is that my little (Clare) was actually my friend in preschool. When I was nine, I moved away, and we lost contact. Now, ten years later, we have reconnected, and now she is my little. She is now one of the most important people in my life and college would not be the same without her. I also was so lucky to become best friends with my roommates. I wouldn’t change any part of 2018. I was able to grow and become the person I am today. I am so excited for 2019. I hope there are many more memories to come with my favorite people.

Here were some of my favorite memories from 2018!

In March, my mom and brother came to visit me.

In June, I spent times with my friends and family.

Emily
