2020 Small Business Gift Guide

It’s hard to believe that the holidays are right around the corner.

This year has been rough, but let’s make the best of the holidays! Below are some of the small businesses that I work with, small businesses that my followers recommended, and small businesses that I love! I hope you order a great gift for your loved ones while supporting a small business.

Even if you don’t purchase something from these businesses, remember that supporting small businesses through following and engaging with them on social media is also important!

Cal Candle makes beautiful smelling homemade soy poured candles. They are based in California and strive to bring the smells of California all over the country. They are a family run business. These candles are a great gift for any of your loved ones who want a great smelling home. They are having a sale. Use the code “safescents” for 25% off your next order.

Poppy Print Collective is an Etsy shop that sells stickers, prints, and keychains. It is owned and run by an SDSU Alum, Emily Myint. She has tons of different sticker designs to choose from, and she is constantly engaging with her followers and customers on her Instagram and Tik Tok. She also makes custom digital illustrations. These stickers, prints, and key chains are perfect for your trendy girlfriends!

Visualss by Vicc is an Etsy shop that sells stickers and custom graphics. Victoria, the shop owner, is my friend and sorority sister! We are both Media Studies majors at SDSU. She even made me and my family custom stickers of our dog that recently passed away. I highly recommend ordering a custom pet sticker to make your gift even more personal for all of your pet-loving friends and family on your list this year!

Kale by Design is run by another SDSU Alum, Kayla Compton. Although I haven’t personally bought stickers from her, I can’t wait until I do! She designs her stickers on her iPad. Her stickers are great for any sticker lover!

Dream Achieve Workbook: https://shophannahashton.com/

The Dream Achieve Workbook is the perfect gift for anyone who loves planners and staying organized. It was created by Hannah Ashton, an influencer, YouTuber, entrepreneur, and full-time college student. I own the workbook and sticker collection. It has been a game-changer; I have never felt so organized before. If you have any family members or friends that love to be organized, this is the perfect gift!

With Love Alex Abigail: https://www.withlovealexabigail.com/

With Love Alex Abigail is a handmade clay earrings small business. She has product launches about every other week at 5 pm PST. I recommend being on your laptop right at 5 because her earrings often sell out within minutes. Since each pair of earrings is handmade, there are a limited amount of pairs for each design. Alex, the owner, hosts giveaways often. She also posts on her social media accounts often to engage with her customers and followers. Alex’s earrings are perfect for earring lovers!

The Lawn Card Fairies create personalized celebration lawn cards for any occasion. Give the gift of encouragement, happiness, and celebration with a lawn card. This is a great gift for anyone who wants to celebrate something special during COVID but doesn’t know how!

Those are all of the small businesses for this gift guide! I hope you found this helpful and decide to support some of these amazing small businesses this holiday season!

Forever Always,

Emily
